Process Improvement

Amusnet Interactive has undergone significant changes, including teams’ development, restructuring and expansion, rebranding, and relocation only for a year.
 
Recently, the company had to put in place many new processes, adapt old ones, rework the organizational chart and constantly hire new people to be able to cope with the demand.
 
Due to all stated above and our desire to evolve and create a working environment where everyone can unleash their potential, Amusnet Interactive is now stepping into the next phase of the company’s development.

The company will be supported by Lean Institute Bulgaria – an external consultancy partner in a large-scale project that will help us reach the desired level of efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s processes.

Lean Institute Bulgaria is an affiliate of the Lean Global Network with Headquarters in Boston, USA. They help businesses to successfully embark on their continuous improvement journey transforming knowledge into tangible results.
 
Starting on the 18th of October, the project consists of 4 phases and all employees are encouraged to join PHASE 1 and help us analyze the current state of the organization.

What are the steps in PHASE 1?

1st STEP
A survey. Take part and be honest. It’s anonymous.

2nd STEP
Our partners from Lean Institute will assess survey results to find out where are the main
improvement areas in the organization.

3rd STEP
Follow-up discussions will be organized by the representatives of the Lean Institute.

4th STEP
Our partners will visit the office of Amusnet Interactive and join the working process.

5th STEP
Follow-up workshops will be organized by the representatives of the Lean Institute.
