Annual Evaluation New Deadlines

We are going to have semi-annual evaluations, but with new deadlines. 

Each April and October, all staff will go through the self-evaluation process and be evaluated by their manager. 

This is part of our ongoing effort to support people and their development, and promote fairness and transparency within teams. The general timeline for the evaluations will be as follows: 

1-15 April

1-15 October 


Team leads and department managers will reach out to you with more details about the process.
