Process Changes & Improvements

We initiated a chain of changes aiming to improve the overall collaboration and communication within the company. We decided to embark on an Agile Transformation and gradually remodel our teams and processes into more flexible ones.

We managed to recruit a great team of Product Owners/Scrum Masters that is handling the transition in the best possible way, using their previous experience and knowledge about Agile.
