Female Power: three leaders on board. Meet Ralitsa, Boyana, and Petya.
Did you know that the global share of women in senior management roles is increasing incrementally, with 90% of global companies having at least one woman in a senior management role in 2021?
We believe that a diverse workplace sets an environment for more creative ideas, helps fuel growth, and creates sustainability within an organization. And with great excitement, we present you three ladies – proven professionals – joining our team as heads of the Administration department, the Commercial team, and the Recruitment team.
Boyana Petkova, who is now taking the role of Head of Recruitment. Boyana will work closely with our team of recruiters to manage the process of sourcing, interviewing candidates, and all details related to the employment process. Boyana will also have the freedom to implement new methods and develop the capabilities of her team. She has solid industry knowledge being previously employed by well-known iGaming companies.
Ralitsa Zareva, is now taking the role of Head of Commercial Management. Ralitza will be responsible for managing and further developing our team of Commercial Managers. She will also take care of commercial strategies, targets, and our excellent relationships with existing partners. Ralitsa is also an experienced professional in the casino industry with a previous working background in iGaming companies.
Petya Velkova, who is now taking the role of Administrative Director in the company. Petya will be responsible for managing administrative staff, overseeing the facility operations such as security, maintenance, and office administration services, and providing administrative support to executive leadership such as board members or company executives.
